The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities and MGFest present the Art Salon– a monthly convergence of artists, techies, green-collars, art enthusiasts, bloggers and educators who are generating the momentum for the new era of art. Modeled after the salons of the 19th century Enlightenment, these programs seek to inspire and provoke the minds of DC’s contemporary artistic community in venues throughout the District. Come to learn about the latest developments in the art world, exchange information with fellow enthusiasts, or to simply enjoy the festive atmosphere.
