Full-day hands-on intensive workshop. Each student gets a fully loaded Apple computer to work on. Each student should bring a pair of headphones to use during class.
What is your presentation about?
Introduction to ProTools will give a basic overview of how to use ProTools in creating soundtracks for your own video projects. We will address editing and placing sound effects, creating/recording custom sounds, music editing, and mixing basics (time permitting).
What questions will be answered by the presentation?
A basic overview of ProTools. How to create soundtracks that enhance your project. Common audio mistakes to avoid.
What should we know before we arrive?
No prior knowledge necessary. Participants are however required to bring a pair of headphones!
