BaseMotion, "Sala C Zaragoza"

BaseMOTION was founded in 2005 as the audiovisual division of creative studio BaseDESIGN. We specialise in direction for motion graphics & audiovisuals.

The first room of this exhibtion features a 10m wide projection that invites the visitor to think about the different ways to be thirsty. Is the desert really more thirsty than the city? Can thirst be positive?... Who's thirsty?...

The La Sed (Thirst) Pavilion was designed by architect Enric Ruiz Geli and the exhibition space was designed by industrial designer Martin Azúa. The Thirst pavilion consists of five rooms, with four audiovisual installations and one audio, all contributed by BaseMotion.

Expo 2008 (International Expo), takes as its theme the natural resource most affected by climate change. Water and Sustainable Development kicked off on June 14 in Zaragoza, Spain. Encompassing more than 60 acres along the Ebro River, the expo is true to its theme—all of its facilities are powered by renewable energy sources.

Trollback+Co, "ESPN"

Trollbäck + Company is a creative studio that weaves compelling narratives using motion graphics and live-action to create innovative campaigns for the advertising, broadcast and entertainment industries.

Led by creative directors Jakob Trollbäck and Joe Wright, Trollbäck + Company has produced content across the broadcast, print and interactive mediums. Whether rebranding a TV network or designing the title sequence for a film, what remains constant is the belief in immersive storytelling--the idea that a focused, compelling message is essential for successful communication.

Lift Motion Design, "Demo Reel Fall 2008"

Lift Motion Design is an innovative graphics and animation studio within the Filmworkers family, Chicago.
The design team is driven by shared excitement about change, love of art, and fearless dedication to motion and sound.

Oat, "Peace. Love. HBO."

Oat was asked to design a suite of animations for installation in the HBO retail store in NYC. In recognition of the fiftieth anniversary of the iconic peace sign, the theme was Peace. Love. HBO, which was interwoven with the branding of five of the client's most popular shows.

Brent Barson, "F is for Fail"

High-flying ups and sideways-spiraling downs. False starts and fresh starts. The creative process can be unpredictable. Brent Barson’s short film F is for Fail is the story of one person’s creative roller coaster, told through type in an evocative A to Z.
